Delivery Information

At Home by Anna, we proudly deliver nationwide across the United Kingdom.

We also welcome collections from our facility for customers who prefer to pick up their orders.

Collection

When placing your order, select 'Collection from Warehouse' at checkout. Our team will then prepare your order and notify you via email once it is ready for collection.

To ensure a smooth process, we will request you to book a time slot for collection between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We accept payment via bank transfer, cash on collection, or debit/credit card.

Our team can assist you in loading goods into your vehicle if required.

• Minimum order for collection: £200 (plus VAT)
• Minimum order for delivery: £300 (plus VAT)

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across mainland United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the Islands).

We can deliver to Northern Ireland and Ireland; however, a pallet surcharge will apply. A valid EORI number is required for dispatch.

Cancelled Orders / Undeliverable Pallets

The delivery date will be provided via email. If you cannot receive the pallet on the scheduled date, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally before dispatch. Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order unless prior written approval for an alternative address is obtained from management.

If the delivery team arrives and no one is available to receive the order, they will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If there is still no response, the pallet will be returned to the local depot, and a re-delivery attempt will be made at an additional charge of £30 per pallet (ex-VAT).

If an order is undeliverable and returned to us, a fixed charge of £45 (ex-VAT) per pallet will be applied. We will refund the order value minus the return fee and an admin fee of £20 (ex-VAT). If a delivery is refused or returned, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the wholesale account. Any pending funds will be refunded, deducting applicable re-delivery or return fees.
